*Only recipients of an offer of employment from Dewberry, will be required to submit to a background screening which may include, but is not limited to, employment verification, educational and other credential verification, driving record check, criminal background check, and an investigative consumer report. These screenings will be conducted by Dewberry’s background vendor of choice and will be conducted in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local law.

- A solid understanding of alternative delivery design-build contracting alternatives.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (local travel will be required).
- Excellent strategic development, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- BS in construction management or engineering is preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing and motivating high-performing teams, including having solid subcontract construction partner relationships in the energy market sector.
- Demonstrated project management success for projects for private and public utility clients.
- 10–15 years’ relevant experience directly related to design-build or construction of energy facility projects.
- In depth knowledge of the energy utility market.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
