• Lead manufacturing engineering projects from design through implementation, managing scope, timelines, and supplier coordination.
• Design and document manufacturing processes, standards, and tooling to improve safety, quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Develop and integrate specialized tools, machines, PLCs, and automation solutions for fabrication and assembly.
• Manage equipment upgrades and replacements, ensuring performance, safety, and ergonomic compliance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with production, maintenance, product engineering, and quality teams.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing within the engineering group.
• Conduct practical problem‑solving initiatives to address safety, quality, and efficiency issues.

Requirements

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III who will lead engineering projects with minimal oversight, implement new machines, rebalance production lines, and provide technical expertise in tooling, automation, and programming. The position also involves mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across departments to support continuous innovation.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering and 5‑7 years of manufacturing engineering experience. Preferred credentials are a Master’s degree, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and Six Sigma Green Belt.

Key skills include strong problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, Power BI, and data analysis, as well as a solid understanding of manufacturing technologies, especially in electronics.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering; PMP and Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Possess 5‑7 years of manufacturing engineering experience, strong problem‑solving and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and data analysis.
• Able to work onsite, travel occasionally, and meet physical demands such as prolonged sitting, moderate walking, and occasional manual dexterity.

Benefits

The role is a full‑time, on‑site position (8 am‑5 pm, Monday‑Friday) with a competitive annual base salary ranging from $96,514 to $127,886, plus eligibility for an annual incentive plan and transparent pay practices.
