Under general supervision, this mid‑level position reports to the Supervisor of the Inside Residential Technical Support Group, Communicating Controls Support, and serves Lennox personnel, homeowners, and dealers.
Success in this role requires core competencies such as situational adaptability—adjusting approach to shifting priorities, decision quality—making thoughtful, timely decisions with stakeholder buy‑in, and a results‑driven mindset—taking ownership to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
The ideal candidate holds a high‑school diploma or equivalent, with 2‑5 years of related experience, preferably in HVAC controls, smart/communicating thermostats, home automation, application programming, networking, and Wi‑Fi support. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, multitasking, verbal and written communication, and customer service skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
Compensation is salaried non‑exempt, with a starting salary range of $66,000‑$87,150 annually, plus eligibility for a performance bonus. Salary may vary based on geography, skills, education, and experience.
