Working at Thames Water
- Be competent in risk management, including risk identification, mitigation and control. Being able to de-risk and add value during the outline design stage is a key requirement for this position.
- Experience of the Wastewater process is ideal along with a good working knowledge of end to end project delivery process in particular commissioning and integration of assets.
- Fully competent at using the appropriate company IT systems and Office software.
- Degree level or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
- Experience in managing project teams and accountability for project delivery.
- Capable of working on several projects and managing the works awarded to Internal stakeholders, framework suppliers / contractors and external consultants.
- Ability to get things done and willing to be flexible to be on site when needed.
- Good communication, relationship building and listening skills with a curious mind.
- Extensive experience in field of Wastewater treatment process design, technical, commissioning and construction assurance, including integration of ICA / SCADA / Electrical elements
