Develop and execute sales strategies across major U.S. regions (NY, FL, CA, TX, etc.).
Maintain CRM records, track leads, prepare forecasts & monthly sales reports.
Manage the entire sales cycle — lead generation to deal closure.
Identify and acquire new clients in construction, architecture, engineering, real estate, and general contracting sectors.
Collaborate with BIM technical teams to create customized proposals and presentations.
Promote BIM Engineering US services such as BIM Modeling, Clash Detection, Scan-to-BIM, Digital Twins, and Construction Technology Consulting.
Build strong relationships with C-level executives, project managers, VDC directors, and contractors.
