Assist with the collection of cash and pursuit of certificates from clients in a timely manner, in order to maximise the project cash flow position;
Advise the Package Manager and QS / Senor QS early, of any potential over-spends, non-compliances and any other problem areas on the Old Oak Common Project.
Support with notifying your client early of any increased project value or delay to project completion;
All duties required by the commercial department or project team, to ensure successful setup and running of the Old Oak Common project in compliance with all company standards.
Meet with your clients representative as and when required;
Assist with the QS / Commercial Department and Project Team with the preparation of the monthly project reports (KPI/PMI).
Support preparation of the monthly Applications and Invoicing to ensure submission in a timely manner of an accurate document aimed at maximising the project financial position;
Take responsibility for ensuring inputting of Applications and invoices (recording accurately) onto the project accounts system (where applicable) including payment certificates

Some previous relevant experience in quantity surveying is required. Membership of a relevant professional body and/or working towards a relevant professional qualification is desirable, such as RICS/CIOB/RIBA/ICES/CIBSE.
