

Produces HVAC, fire, security and building automation systems to optimize and protect buildings globally.
Candidates must be currently enrolled full‑time at an accredited U.S. college or university, pursuing an engineering degree, and have sophomore, junior, or senior standing. U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization and availability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) throughout the summer are required. Preferred qualifications include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced dynamic environment, self‑motivation, teamwork, a competitive spirit, and strong business and technical acumen.
During the internship, participants will receive a blend of e‑learning and hands‑on training from successful sales executives and managers. In addition to project work, interns can engage in developmental opportunities such as round‑table discussions with senior leaders, skill‑building workshops, networking events, and community activities, helping them explore diverse career paths.
