- Exhibit and adhere to the established Visual Comfort Company Values.
- Support the onboarding team by setting up new account profiles.
- Support Customer Service and Credit & Collections with Credits related to Customer discrepancies.
- Perform reconciliation of Credit Card accounts to assist collections.
- Work effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish goals and to identify and resolve problems.
- Meet established processing requirements for the month-end, quarter-end and year-end accounting close schedules.
- Assist in completing the Returned Merchandise (RMA) process by issuing credit memos in a timely manner.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Accounting, Credit & Collections.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Must demonstrate commitment, dependability, punctuality, and adherence to agreed-upon work schedule. Fully present in the workplace to effectively collaborate and communicate amongst co-workers and teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in distribution or manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience working in a team environment is required.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is highly desirable.
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- High School diploma or GED is required. Associates degree or higher is preferred.
- Demonstrated analytical and reasoning skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work well under stress.
