The EHS Bilingual Admin is responsible for supporting the safety orientation requests and badging processes, along with the visitor badging functions. This role is essential for our day-to-day tasks and responsibilities with the ability to have strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. This position also requires strong organizational skills and high-level multitasking. An essential part of this role is also providing exceptional customer service with a positive attitude. It is a high-volume and very demanding role with tasks that are required to be completed on a day-to-day basis.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); a 2-year degree (or higher) in a related field is desired.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and respectfully in both English and Spanish, including when addressing questions, concerns, or escalated situations.
- Initiative-taking and self-directed.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Effective time management and a result-driven approach.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in other Microsoft Office products required.
- Attention to quality and detail with high accuracy.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in both English and Spanish.
- 1-3 years of experience and/or training related to EHS; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with EHS auditing software programs is a plus.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment; multitasking skills essential.
