Part of a large team of over 180 colleagues, so support and guidance are constantly on hand. Training is provided so no specific housing-related experience is necessary but as the front face of Thirteen, strong customer service and relationship-building skills are key.
Confident in your use of IT and systems as you’ll use a range of technology in this role.
