Review system processes and procedures to ensure most effective and efficient operating practices are being utilised.
Apply for electrical access to various networks within the applicable timeframes and compliance requirements, monitor and amend applications to the operating day.
Plan routine and non-routine operations & maintenance jobs in a grouped sequence for efficiency and minimising customer outages.
Schedule labour, plant, materials, subcontractors and tools to maintain defined performance criteria
Collate and assist in the monitoring of performance, Milestones and KPI’s and assist in the implementation of any corrective actions and improvement opportunities
Consultant with landowners, councils, developers, government authorities and various external and internal departments to ensure all requirements, clearances, permits and relevant authorisation are obtained prior to new construction works commencing and throughout the project life
Prepare Service Order job packs with priorities and target completion dates, client information, Dial Before You Dig, WHS requirements, quality requirements, materials, subcontractor requirements, special requirements, customer notifications, etc
Maintain and update active work schedules by using appropriate resources to deliver the most cost-effective plan and time schedules quality of work, productivity, utilisation, and HS&E in conjunction with Program Manager and Supervisors
Work with the Program Managers and Supervisors to ensure quality and safety audits of the work undertaken is completed by contractors and employees.
Promote and assist implementing health and safety strategies, guidelines and legislation so to ensure workforce compliance and promote a culture of care and concern for all team members.
