Proficiency with building energy modeling and simulation tools (e.g., DOE-2, eQUEST, EnergyPlus, TRACE, ECAM).
Experience designing and specifying HVAC, electrical, and building automation/control systems.
Demonstrated experience reviewing technical reports, calculations, and performing QA/QC of engineering deliverables.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and related analysis tools.
Strong writing, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills; able to distill complex ideas into concise reports, conversations, and emails.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and lead/mentor junior engineering staff.
Prior success managing multiple projects or programs, including budgets, deliverables, and client relationships.
