As a Senior Project Manager in the Nuclear & Power Division, you will lead and oversee multi‑disciplinary teams on significant atomic projects, ensuring commercial and quality performance. You will apply a range of techniques to control delivery, cost, risk and change, and will motivate teams, resolve conflict and create a collaborative culture to meet client requirements. Travel across the UK and occasional out‑of‑hours work may be required.
The role requires proven experience managing manufacturing plant and facility projects from design through procurement, installation and delivery, preferably in regulated or complex environments. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to inspire teams and build trust with clients, partners and stakeholders. You should have a proactive approach to project performance, risk and change management, and experience in commercial management of design‑and‑build contracts and supply‑chain delivery. A collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor others are also important.
This role may require security clearance, with the vetting process handled by United Kingdom Security Vetting. Candidates must not reference any existing or prior security clearance in their application.
