Project Architect - Luxury Hospitality + F&B

Description

• Partner with PM to hit scope, schedule, and budget
• Drive design intent into high-quality CDs
• Manage consultants and support client/contractor communication
• Guide internal teams to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences
• Lead project documentation and coordination across all phases

Requirements

• Confident conceptual design skills
• 8+ years of experience, ideally hospitality and/or F&B
• B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited program
• Proven leadership on complex project teams
• Strong code knowledge and technical rigor
• Cruise ship experience a plus
