10+ Years of Relevant experience in mobility planning, including experience working on multi-disciplinary projects in urban development and/or infrastructure
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with pedestrian modelling software
QGIS skills
Mentorship capabilities to develop the professional skills and competencies of junior staff
Disseminate knowledge and skills throughout team
Work-winning skills and a record of establishing “trusted advisor” relationships with public and private sector clients/stakeholders
Project management experience, with an ability to set up a project, manage multiple projects against tight timelines, and have a proactive and collaborative style
Master's Degree or equivalent in planning or civil engineering
Ability to communicate and interact comfortably with a range built-environment professionals such as engineers, planners, engineers, policy officials, etc.
