Utilize various testing devices, multiple hand and power tools related to the job.
May be temporarily assigned to other geographical area to provide support with new installations and upgrades.
Troubleshoots, inspects, replaces/repairs a wide variety of electro-mechanical devices such as cash registers, coin changers, security equipment, alarms, and point of sale equipment.
Correctly review work orders, manuals, and drawings to properly perform maintenance and service of equipment.
Complete service requests and maintenance repair items in a timely manner and ensures all requests are handled in a professional manner.

Good driving record is required.
Experience with Alarms a plus.
Ability to use a computer and smartphone proficiently.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.
Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow all safety protocols.
Experience with various POS systems (Verifone/NCR) a plus.
HSA and FSA
Must be able to work independently and be a strong problem-solver.
Must be able to travel up to 30-40% overnight.
