The position involves managing client and stakeholder relationships, translating client requirements into clear business or functional needs, and participating in requirement‑gathering sessions and follow‑ups. You will ensure timely communication, document workflows, SOPs and process maps, and help standardise processes across regions or teams.
You will prepare and maintain reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data validation) and develop Power BI dashboards for management and client reporting. The role supports decision‑making through structured data analysis, handles ad‑hoc data requests, and continuously seeks ways to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
We are looking for a proactive, client‑focused professional who can act as a bridge between business stakeholders and internal delivery teams. The role requires strong analytical thinking, good communication skills and a desire to grow in a dynamic environment.
Candidates should have 2–6 years of experience in business analysis, client support, operations or analytics, with a background in engineering, BBA/BCA or a related degree. Required skills include strong verbal and written communication, advanced Excel proficiency, working knowledge of Power BI (preferred), basic MSP/P6 familiarity, analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
