Ensure compliance with municipal, state, and federal regulations.
Lead design and analysis for site development, stormwater, grading, utilities, and erosion/sedimentation control.
Oversee preparation of engineering reports, construction documents, and permit applications.
Collaborate with project managers, surveyors, and environmental staff to deliver integrated solutions.
Participate in client meetings and presentations, representing RETTEW’s capabilities and expertise.
Support quality assurance/quality control for deliverables.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior staff.

Client-facing experience in proposal development and presentations.
Strong knowledge of local and state land development regulations.
Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers.
Proficiency with Civil 3D and related design software.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Project management experience and ability to oversee budgets/schedules.
8+ years of civil engineering experience with a focus on land development.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
