Tasks

✅ Candidates who manage teams selling into ECs, EPCs, and distributors -Lead and mentor a 12–13-person sales team driving regional growth across SoCal. -Drive order intake, revenue, and margin performance while preparing for higher leadership responsibility. -Manage direct and channel sales for LV/MV power distribution equipment. -Develop and execute market strategies targeting commercial, mixed-use, and electrification projects. -Build and maintain C-suite and principal-level relationships with electrical contractors (ECs), design-build firms, and consulting engineers. -Oversee complex bids and long-cycle projects ranging from $100K to $10M+.

What You Bring

✅ Experienced sales leaders in power distribution, switchgear, or electrical infrastructure This is not a SaaS position. Applicants must have experience selling electrical equipment into the commercial construction ecosystem (contractors, consultants, distributors, or EPCs). Confidential Power Technology OEM ❌ Candidates from software, industrial services, or unrelated product sales -BA/BS in a related field -Proven leader of technical or field sales teams. -Background from an OEM, integrator, or large electrical contractor -10+ years in power distribution or electrification equipment sales. -Deep knowledge of how ECs, GCs, and distributors buy and specify electrical gear. -Ability to travel 50% in the Southern CA market -Legally authorized for employment in the USA without employer-sponsorship -Strong business acumen and ability to balance tactical selling with strategic growth. -Existing network across Western U.S. commercial markets.

Benefits

(Hybrid – Southern California) -Target bonus: ~40% (team and regional performance-based) -Base salary: $130K–$220K -Clear path to regional or national sales leadership
