• Support the planning and execution of customer engagement events, including trade shows, contractor events, and training sessions, to strengthen relationships and brand loyalty.
• Strategically manage product launch processes in collaboration with product management and marketing operations teams to ensure timely and effective go-to-market execution.
• Identify key customer insights and market trends to inform marketing strategies and enhance decision-making.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives, using analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and refine strategies.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market data and campaign performance metrics.
• Ensure the creation and distribution of high-quality marketing collateral and sales support tools tailored to Gentek’s audiences.
• Partner with sales teams to develop and implement pull-through strategies that drive product demand and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with corporate goals.
• Develop and oversee customer acquisition and retention strategies to strengthen Gentek’s position in the retail, repair & remodel and commercial markets.

The Senior Marketing Manager, Gentek will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth and reinforce Gentek’s leadership in the Canadian market. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong understanding of the building products industry, a data-driven approach to decision-making, and the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team. Reporting to the VP, Marketing located in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, US the Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex marketing programs and product launches in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of Canadian market dynamics, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape.

Minimum Qualifications

• Work will be conducted primarily at our Burlington ON facility. Some travel may be necessary (to plants, subsidiaries, conferences, external meetings, etc.) but likely not more than 10% of the time. A fast-paced environment with an occasional heavy workload.
