Complete other responsibilities and assist as assigned to support the project such as: attend and document project meetings (write agendas and minutes), perform expediting functions, and prepare and maintain an expediting log; etc.
Assist the T5 project team in the receipt, distribution and maintenance of submittals.
Update and maintain logs for submittals and RFIs in PM Web, the project information system.
Perform construction contract correspondence, document and plan control function, input data into PM Web, and prepare management information status report, as required.
Maintain project files and document / submittal management systems (hard and electronic copies).
Distribute documents, submittals and RFIs for review; track and compile responses/review comments, obtain management approval and issue responses to Contractor(s).
Work with the Contractor(s) to ensure the drawings are posted efficiently and in a timely manner.

Experience working on large team for complex projects.
Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build
Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
5 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
