At least 3 years of experience as JE (Signal) and above in the S&T Department of Railways and/or as Sr Executive and above in the Signal & Telecommunication Engineering department in RITES/IRCON/RVNL or equivalent grade in Konkan Railway/MRVC/DFCCIL/any Metro Rail Corporation and/or as Site Engineer (S&T) and above in RVNL or similar contract employment in RITES/IRCON.
Training in the basic KAVACH course at IRISET.
Total professional experience of 3 years for Graduate Engineers or 4 years for Diploma Engineers in Infrastructure Projects of Signalling. Out of this, at least 2 years (for Graduates) and 3 years (for Diploma holders) should be with Project Management Consultants and/or with Signalling Contractors for signalling construction projects.
Experience in signalling construction projects for at least 3 years.
Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
2 years of experience as SE/SSE (Signal) and above in the S&T Department of Railways and/or as Assistant Manager and above in the Signal & Telecommunication Engineering department in RITES/IRCON/RVNL or equivalent grade in Konkan Railway/MRVC/DFCCIL/any Metro Rail Corporation and/or as Sr Site Engineer (S&T) and above in Railways or similar contract employment in RITES/IRCON.
The personnel should not have any history of involvement in vigilance/CBI/SPE/Police cases resulting in major penalty punishment of removal, dismissal, compulsory retirement, or conviction.
