- Monitor actual progress against construction programs and report deviations to senior management
- Support the evaluation of potential additional works and variation proposals
- Maintain detailed records of program monitoring to support claim evaluations and dispute resolutions
- Assist in identifying project risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, graphs, and critical path analyses for weekly and monthly reporting
- Develop and maintain project schedules using advanced planning software such as Primavera
- Review and analyze procurement and construction programs for contractors and subcontractors
- Assist in workshops and meetings to facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders
- Conduct independent site visits to evaluate contractor progress against established programs
- Collaborate closely with site supervision teams to gather real-time progress updates

- 5+ years of experience in roads construction or related works
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Proficiency in Primavera or similar project management software
- Experience in the Middle East construction industry preferred
- Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in scheduling and reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
