Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute sales campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and promotional events.
Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and reporting on sales activities and KPIs.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify pricing trends, new developments, and opportunities.
Monitor agents' performance and implement strategies to enhance productivity and closing ratios.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and leasing team to achieve individual and departmental targets.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales + leasing targets and managing high-performing teams.
