Experience planning and executing large-scale corporate and recognition events, including vendor coordination, budgeting, logistics, and on-site support to deliver seamless experiences aligned with organizational culture and engagement goals.
Five or more years of experience supporting technical training learning initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources or other related discipline
Experience analyzing training data and generate actionable insights through advanced reporting and compliance tracking.
Experience designing and deploying learning programs, including leadership development, safety initiatives, and compliance training.

Proficiency in procurement processes, including vendor coordination, purchase order management, and cost negotiation.
Experience administering and optimizing SuccessFactors Learning or similar enterprise LMS platforms, including configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting

This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
