The purpose of the Concierge role is to provide exceptional resident support during an upcoming elevator renovation project. This team member will serve as a key point of contact, helping alleviate stress and ensuring a positive resident experience throughout the duration of the project. The Concierge will assist with daily requests, provide directional support, and enhance overall satisfaction by delivering responsive and courteous service.

  • Respond to resident questions and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service – Responds promptly to requests for service and assistance.
  • Assist residents and guests with navigation of alternate routes during elevator renovations.
  • Receive and deliver packages, groceries, and food deliveries to resident units.
  • Perform door-to-door trash collection as needed.
  • Offer pet assistance, including short walks or letting pets outside for brief periods.
  • Provide assistance with loading and unloading items into or out of resident vehicles.
  • Attendance/Punctuality – Arrives to work and appointments on time; ensures responsibilities are covered when absent.
  • Monitor the front lobby, entrance, and common areas for cleanliness and presentation.
  • Provide general support to the leasing or property management office.
  • Safety and Security – Follows safety procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment properly.
