Empower Builders and Contractors: Build relationships with target builders and contractors, introduce new products, and provide training on installation.
Drive Sales Growth: Meet or exceed annual sales objectives by building strong relationships with architects, builders, and contractors, creating brand awareness, and driving demand at the dealer level.
Support Dealer Network: Train and merchandise dealers to ensure consistent sales and product knowledge.
Follow Up and Follow Through: Leverage leads from Dodge Reports, website inquiries, and trade shows to convert opportunities into sales.
Connect with Architects: Conduct AIA presentations and architect calls to have Versatex products specified in new projects.
Stay Informed: Maintain expertise in installation guidelines, architectural specifications, and market trends.

Experience: 1+ years in building materials sales is preferred but not required. Candidates with up to 3 years of general sales experience, a hunter mentality, and an energetic personality are encouraged to apply.
Licensing: A valid driver’s license is required.
