The Role
Overview
Lead regional sales, operations and team to drive Home Depot renovation growth in BC/Alberta.

Tasks
-Identify new opportunities to grow sales through enhanced customer engagement, territory development, and operational efficiencies. -Drive regional sales performance to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals. -Develop and maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer-first service. -Partner closely with Home Depot store leadership teams and installation services departments to maximize lead generation and conversion. -Collaborate with scheduling, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure material availability and job readiness. -Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to promote professional growth. -Ensure all in-store and regional sales programs are executed effectively and consistently. -Proactively manage escalations, ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns. -Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery in compliance with brand and Home Depot service standards. -Analyze financial results and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. -Lead and support a team of Project Managers, Sales Representatives, and Operations Coordinators across multiple markets. -Prepare and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. -Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and increase customer satisfaction. -Recruit, train, and mentor sales and operations team members within the region. -Foster a culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement. -Oversee end-to-end renovation operations, from customer intake to project completion. -Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives that strengthen our Home Depot partnership and drive national growth. -Set clear performance objectives, track KPIs, and execute strategies that align with national goals and Home Depot partnership standards. -Maintain compliance with Home Depot’s quality and service delivery standards. -Champion the customer journey from consultation through installation, ensuring every homeowner receives world-class service. -Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting for executive review. -Home Depot store partnership performance metrics (conversion, satisfaction, and compliance).

What You Bring
-Customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS). -Experience in home improvement, residential remodeling, or retail service programs (Home Depot experience strongly preferred). -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Construction Management, or related field (MBA preferred). -Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and operational mindset. -Project cycle time and operational efficiency. -7+ years of progressive experience in regional sales, operations, or construction management. -Proven ability to lead multi-site teams and deliver consistent regional performance. -Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. -Proficiency with CRM and project management software; Salesforce and Buildertrend experience a plus.
