- Flight Booking Coordination for L1 Travel.
- Develop and implement travel policies and procedures to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with company guidelines.
- Resolve Booking Issues
- Generate regular reports on travel spending, trends, and policy compliance for management review.
- Process travel requests, book reservations, and provide detailed itineraries to travelers.
- Stay informed about travel industry trends, visa requirements, and international travel regulations.
- Quarterly Reporting
- Taking care of all senior leaders booking, check-in, visa, Insurance and invoice related queries
- Issuance of Cover and Invitation Letters
- Travel booking coordination with Amex (Domestic and International)
- Manage and reconcile travel expenses, including processing reimbursements and maintaining accurate records.
- Travel workflow - Help in Filling, verify approvals and other doubts
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies, budget constraints, and safety guidelines.
- Monthly meeting with Amex on Travel related quiries
- Vendor meetings and processing invoices.
- Provide guidance and support to junior travel coordinators and administrative staff.
- Manage and coordinate complex travel itineraries for executives, employees, and clients, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and meeting arrangements.
- CONCUR - T &E, Profile updating and taking session to update the profile
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies to secure favorable rates and terms.
- Handle travel-related issues and provide solutions in real-time, including flight changes, cancellations, and emergency situations.
- Global Trade/ITC Coordination
- Handling VISA Queries
