  • Maintaining change and training logs; reporting progress to relevant leads.
  • Testing and escalating system bugs and errors to the relevant teams for resolution.
  • Leading or assisting with teams training sessions, user testing, and creating training documentation for Concerto and other systems.
  • Resolving queries relating to Concerto (Online CAFM System) through the ticketing system.
  • Supporting weekly mobilisation communications to update Bellrock stakeholders on new clients, exits, and live projects.
  • Coordinating CCN activities across departments, ensuring alignment between teams and clear communication of change impacts.
