Operations Support Specialist

Description

In this role, the specialist supports the Sales and Estimating teams by identifying and managing early-stage opportunities, coordinating client outreach, maintaining CRM data integrity, and assisting with estimating and modeling tasks, thereby improving team efficiency, market visibility, and new project conversions.

Key responsibilities include researching and tracking opportunities in targeted markets such as K-12, university housing, industrial, and infrastructure; maintaining accurate CRM records; scheduling client briefings and follow-up meetings; managing sales documentation; assisting with takeoffs, budgets, and SketchUp/Revit models; developing internal pipeline and market reports; collaborating with Marketing on sales collateral; and supporting executive briefings and educational outreach.

• Research and track new opportunities in K-12, university housing, industrial, and infrastructure markets.
• Maintain and update CRM data for accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting.
• Coordinate client briefings, presentations, and follow‑up meetings.
• Manage sales documentation such as proposals, SOVs, contracts, and correspondence.
• Assist estimating team with takeoffs, preliminary budgets, and SketchUp/Revit models.
• Develop internal reports on pipeline activity, market trends, and lead metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create tailored sales collateral and project profiles.
• Support executive briefings and educational outreach on precast capabilities.

Requirements

Qualifications require a high school diploma with vocational or technical education (a one-year certificate preferred), at least three years of experience in sales support, estimating, or project coordination within construction or manufacturing, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM systems and 3D modeling software as a plus. Experience in precast production or construction is preferred.

• Minimum 3+ years experience in sales support, estimating, or project coordination in construction/manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems and 3D modeling software is a plus.
• High school diploma with vocational/technical training; one-year certificate preferred.
