The Role

Tasks

-Trains and supports Scrum teams to follow Agile values, principles, and practices -Supports a psychologically safe environment for the team to raise and resolve issues -Coordinate with other Agile teams to ensure alignment and management of dependencies including participation in Scrum of Scrums or related ceremonies where applicable -Support the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities -Leads the capacity planning for each sprint -Communicates risks, status and general updates to stakeholders -Support the estimation and prioritization of user stories -Support a Secure Product Development Lifecycle approach that establishes a strong cybersecurity focus and culture across the entire engineering lifecycle -Collect, track, and report Agile metrics on performance and progress of the product -Use Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions -Manage one Scrum team, potentially across multiple geographies" -Resolve impediments and escalate where required

What You Bring

-Able to work directly with both technical and non-technical audiences -Able to coach the team -Experience in JIRA running sprint and kanban boards -Effective listening skills with the intention of understanding" -General understanding of DevSecOps principles -Patience and empathy conveying new information -Knowledge of Agile -General familiarity with modern software development principles including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services. -Ability to create process maps (e.g, Signavio, Celonis)"
