- Interact with clients, third party vendors and site teams to deliver process automation solutions.
- Lead the development of control strategies, logic, and programming for complex batch control applications.
- Lead a DeltaV team in the delivery of system integration projects, working closely with other engineering disciplines, and project management from concept through to construction.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure successful integration of DeltaV systems with existing plant infrastructure.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to other DeltaV engineers and project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
- Lead and participate in DeltaV design reviews, both code and hardware.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and site commissioning activities to ensure system functionality and performance.

- Knowledge or familiarity with Kneat as a digital validation solution.
- Experience with Historians and MES e.g. Aveva PI, Syncade / PAS-X
- Proficiency in DeltaV configuration software (DeltaV Explorer, Control Studio, etc.).
- Strong understanding of process control principles and industrial automation systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience with PLC and SCADA platforms e.g. Rockwell and Siemens.
- Ability to manage a varied workload, and work on own initiative, self-motivated.
- Knowledge or familiarity with Smart Plant Instrumentation.
- Knowledge or familiarity with manufacturing network design.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment, and report to project and operations management.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in Life Sciences industries e.g. GAMP, ISA-S88, ISA-95, ISA-62443.
- Minimum 10 years of experience working with DeltaV DCS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in DeltaV hardware design and testing.
