The Regional Programme Manager will own end‑to‑end delivery of Corporate Real Estate office fit‑out capital projects across the APAC region, from initiation through completion and handover. Working closely with the Global Senior Delivery Manager, Design Studio, regional CRE stakeholders, Finance and external partners, the role requires leading multiple concurrent projects while meeting Equinix’s design, quality and governance standards.
Key duties include managing programme alignment, sequencing and risk mitigation, controlling scope, budget, schedule and quality, and applying the global Project Delivery Playbook across all projects. The manager will oversee governance processes, change control, documentation, financial reporting, procurement activities and serve as the primary delivery interface for regional stakeholders and external partners.
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of APAC office fit‑out projects, from feasibility to handover.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment, sequencing and risk mitigation.
- Ensure projects meet approved scope, budget, schedule and quality standards.
- Identify, manage and resolve delivery risks, issues and dependencies, escalating as needed.
- Apply the global Project Delivery Playbook consistently across APAC projects.
- Govern project processes, conduct tollgate reviews, change control and reporting.
- Maintain accurate documentation, data integrity and timely reporting.
- Prepare business cases, cost estimates, schedules and procurement strategies.
- Own cost control, forecasting and cash‑flow management for regional projects.
- Collaborate with Finance for accurate financial reporting and budget adherence.
- Run procurement activities, negotiate fees and administer contracts.
- Act as primary delivery interface for CRE stakeholders, business leaders and functional partners.
- Coordinate external partners including project managers, designers, contractors and vendors.
- Build trust‑based relationships with regional and global stakeholders, balancing local nuance with global standards.
- Represent the Delivery Studio in regional forums, updates and working sessions.
- Partner with the Design Studio to align design intent, programme and budget.
- Work with Workplace, IT, Security, Sustainability and Operations teams for holistic delivery.
- Contribute to process improvements, tools and best practices across APAC.
- Capture lessons learned and post‑occupancy evaluations to drive performance insights.
- Identify opportunities for delivery efficiency, value creation and scalability.
- Provide data‑driven insights for Quarterly Business Reviews and regional reporting.
- Maintain high organization, detail orientation and comfort with governance frameworks.

Success in this role demands strong programme and project management capability, commercial acumen, high organization and comfort with governance frameworks, as well as confident communication across senior leaders, technical teams and external partners. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, 12+ years of programme or project management experience in corporate real estate or workplace delivery, proven multi‑site fit‑out delivery, APAC experience and professional accreditation such as RICS, PMP or PRINCE2.
