• Partner closely with superintendents, architects, engineers, and owners to solve challenges and keep the project aligned.
• Facilitate site meetings and provide clear, consistent communication across project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, and verify work compliance with plans, specs, and codes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, project logs, and reporting.
• Lead all phases of project delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain a strong safety-first culture and enforce site safety standards.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, materials, and procurement activities.
• Anticipate issues before they arise and implement solutions to maintain schedule and cost control.
