Responsible for modeling complex business problems and discovering insights using statistical, data mining, and visualization techniques. Communicates results clearly and concisely to provide insight to multiple audiences; provides strategic direction to management.
Participate in project management teams across the enterprise, providing metrics, analytics, and recommendations.
Develop visualizations using data and data analytics that are precise and easy to interpret. Present results and consult with HR, business leaders, and/or external key stakeholders to share insights and proposed actions.
