  • Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and quality control
  • Manage and mentor two apprentices/labourers on-site
  • Assist with coordinating subcontractors and maintaining project timelines
  • Oversee and lead site carpentry operations across a variety of residential projects
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment and adhere to all site safety requirements
