- Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and quality control
- Manage and mentor two apprentices/labourers on-site
- Assist with coordinating subcontractors and maintaining project timelines
- Oversee and lead site carpentry operations across a variety of residential projects
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment and adhere to all site safety requirements
