Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with an associate or technology degree in civil or architectural engineering preferred, and at least two years of building‑enclosure field inspection experience. Professional certifications such as WACEL, ACI, or AWCI are highly desirable. The position requires repeatedly lifting 40–70 lb (occasionally up to 85 lb), reliable transportation for job sites, and availability for typical Monday‑Friday, 8 am–5 pm hours plus occasional overtime, which is paid. Compensation ranges from $20 to $27 per hour, based on location and qualifications.
