Warehouse Shipping Coordinator

Description

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with their hands and arms; and communicate verbally. The employee frequently walks, stands and occasionally sits.
• Schedules and coordinates deliveries with drivers and sales people.
• Control the warehouse activities including will calls, container unloading activities and transfers.
• Enforce MSI's safety policies in warehouse.
• Work with product team to maintain accurate inventory.
• Respond to other departments inquiries.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• The employee must regularly lift, pull and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 70lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
• Must have 1 or more years of warehouse experience. .
• Maintains a high level of efficiency in the movement of trucks.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skill.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively..
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
