Ability to manage time effectively and to fulfill quotas. This is very easy to do if you want to make a lot of money and ensure that you and your team work your territory.
Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language. If you can speak Spanish too, that would be awesome; especially in our Tampa/St Petersburg and Jacksonville offices.
Professional in appearance and demeanor. Can you “clean up” for work ;). We provide the uniform shirt, hat, umbrella, rain jackets. You provide the shorts and comfortable walking shoes.
Ability to manage a team. Your employees will only stay with the company if they are successful and it is your job to get them there. You will need to ensure that they have the skills, and work ethic to be successful even if you have to (metaphorically) drag them kicking and screaming to meet their financial goals.
Excellent communication skills including persuasive speaking, active listening, and interpersonal skills. You can’t be “shy.” Must have an outgoing personality with the ‘gift of gab’, able to ‘win over’ most people quickly.
Ability to meet attendance requirements. Yeah, we need you to work on your scheduled days.
Must have the physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods. This is a field position which means you will need to able to walk, skip, skateboard, roller skate 3 – 5 miles a day.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of the product, service, being canvassed - after training.
Must be local to the area (office location: Tampa, St Petersburg, Ft Myers, or Jacksonville areas) and know how to pick territory for the best/most qualified appointments for your team
