✔️Provide front-of-house support, greeting visitors, answering calls, and ensuring a professional client experience.
🔹Experience managing confidential information with tact and discretion
✔️Oversee daily office operations, including housekeeping, supplies, post/couriers, facilities, and supplier management.
✔️Liaise with London teams (Administration, HR, Accounts, Facilities) to ensure aligned processes and smooth operational coordination.
✔️Support senior leadership, conducting research, implementing improvements, and offering flexible assistance as needed.
✔️Coordinate meetings and hospitality, managing room bookings, logistics, presentations, and catering for staff and guests.
🔹Previous experience in office management and working with senior leadership
✔️Handle financial administration, including invoice processing, vendor accounts, office budgets, and credit card reconciliation.
