Independently develop engineering proposals and reports as well as perform quality reviews of proposals and reports developed by other staff. Develop and maintain business.
Provide and manage geotechnical engineering and CMT services, including investigations, analysis, engineering evaluation, recommendations, reports, etc. on commercial, institutional, industrial and public works infrastructure projects.
Mentor and supervise junior staff.
Service external clients as well as internal clients with other divisions working on multi-discipline engineering projects. Oversee construction inspection and materials testing (CMT) projects.

Strong technical base in geotechnical engineering.
Strong technical base in construction oversight.
Experience with deep foundations and SOE designs.
Experience with geotechnical techniques such as ground improvement, rigid inclusions, helical piles, deep dynamic compaction, chemical and cement grouting.
Experience with geophysical investigation methods (GPR, EM, Seismic, Resistivity).
Honesty, integrity, dependable and punctual.
