Client Services Administrator

Description

• Set up and maintain the fire door planning system used by clients
• Being responsible in checking to ensure that all orders processed are fit to travel.
• Process service requests promptly and accurately.
• Manage purchase order requests.
• Record new bookings efficiently, raising queries with departments as necessary.
• Handle requests for information in a timely manner.
• Supporting finance and the Operations Manager in ensuring that all orders can be invoiced.
• Request purchase orders from clients and ensure timely receipt.
• Update job assignments in our planning system.

Requirements

• Excellent client communication skills
• A background in Operations with robust administrative skills.
• A strong proficiency in all Microsoft applications especially Intermediate to Advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and move between activities

• Accurate data entry skills
• Administrative experience of Quality systems
