We are seeking a Project Design Architect with 8–15+ years of professional experience. This is a full-time, in-office position. The role involves leading project teams, managing documentation and detailing, coordinating with sub-consultants, and supporting project principals. Candidates must have strong technical skills, Revit proficiency, and experience with multi-family residential or commercial projects, particularly in New York City.

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Excel
• Knowledge of NYC zoning, building codes, construction standards, and building structures
• Experience in mixed-use, mid- or high-rise developments, particularly multi-family residential/commercial projects
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; architectural license preferred
• Experience managing sub-consultants and project documentation through all phases of design
• Experience in construction administration in NYC
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members
• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
• 8–15+ years of post-graduate experience in architectural practice
