Supporting the wider catering team and contributing to a positive, fun and effective working environment
Creating and distributing clear event sheets and finalising accurate billing
Managing catering systems such as Catertrax, Reclass, and the event booking website
Responding to client inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
Supporting the financial procedures of the unit and understanding event-related costs
Attending client meetings and providing creative suggestions that align with space and service capabilities
Ensuring exceptional delivery of the Client Food Program through collaboration and attention to detail
Coordinating and managing event proposals, bookings, and communication across departments
