Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory, cost accounting, and rebate recognition principles within an inventory-based or distribution environment.
• Proven success leading process improvement, automation, or system modernization initiatives
• Experience scaling accounting teams and systems during periods of growth or integration.
• Proven ability to foster a high-performance, service-oriented culture
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with full ownership of the general ledger and GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, develop people, and drive accountability.
• Experience managing accounting operations in an audited and/or lender-backed organization.
• Background in distribution or manufacturing.
