As an Auditor in the Internal Audit Team, you will drive meaningful improvements by leading audit fieldwork, shaping new or updated procedures, and collaborating with colleagues at all levels to deliver real value to the organisation. The role goes beyond ticking boxes, focusing on creating positive change.
We offer a competitive salary for a permanent, full‑time (37.5 hpw) role based in Newcastle upon Tyne, with a hybrid working model of two days in the office and three days remote. This position does not include a Certificate of Sponsorship, and Home Group emphasizes a workplace where you belong.
You will join a supportive and collaborative group of audit professionals who are committed to helping each other and achieving the organisation's strategic goals, recognized as one of the UK’s top 10 Great Places to Work. Inclusion, wellbeing, and diverse networks are core to the Home Group culture.
The practical bits include a hybrid schedule—Wednesday is the anchor office day—with flexibility for part‑time or other flexible arrangements, and you will manage your own diary. The role is based in the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne.
Benefits include 34 days of leave (bank holidays and a "me day"), the option to purchase five additional days, a generous pension, three‑times‑salary life insurance, a health cash plan saving up to £1,140 annually, 800+ discounts or cashback offers, and access to wellbeing tools as a top‑10 UK Wellbeing employer.
