Vendor Coordinator

Description

The Vendor Coordinator supports daily operations between AMH property projects and vendors, serving as the primary regional contact and helping ensure smooth collaboration across teams.

• Review vendor applications and onboard them while ensuring legal compliance.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date vendor database records.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with the legal team on vendor terms and conditions.
• Verify vendor compliance with insurance, licensing, and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Required: High School Diploma or GED and 1‑2 years of administrative experience.
• Preferred: background in construction, vendor management, facility maintenance, and experience with Yardi or CRM Dynamics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong internet navigation and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized and detail‑oriented.

• Hourly pay range: $19.17 to $23.00 (based on location, education, skills, and experience).
