Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Partner with leadership to optimize use of technology to drive efficiencies
Review corporate overhead spending for coding accuracy including follow up, reconciling and resolving discrepancies
Responsible for management of fixed assets, including entering fixed assets to the subledger, posting entries and reconciliation
Assist in the month-end close process, including journal entry preparations
Partnering with management by providing analysis from close processes
Manage key relationships internally to provide different viewpoints for a shared solution
Responsible for balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

Must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently
Intermediate Excel skills
Be able to demonstrate strong commitment to confidentiality and handling of sensitive company information
Experience with full-cycle accrual accounting utilizing a subledger/general ledger accounting system
Have strong attention to detail, processes a proactive approach to problem solving and task execution.
Demonstrates in depth knowledge of accounting principles
Ability to identify and implement best practices, think strategically, plan for the long-term success of the organization and effectively delegate tasks
Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 1-3 years’ experience
