• Procurement Coordination: We craft procurement documentation for equipment and services, ensuring accuracy, whether internal or external.

Requirements

We are currently seeking a skilled professional for the position of Order Management. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of stock control and financial systems, and a passion for optimizing operational workflows. At the core of our operations is the seamless orchestration of product order processing, from the initial receipt of an order to its successful closure.

• Qualification: Ideally Bachelor Degree but we open on this.
• Customer: Strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Skills: Understanding of and proven ability to use order processing systems with invoicing, purchasing and stock control interface (ERP).
• Tech-Savvy: SAP or other ERP software experience.
